Rinse the bristles, apply our Humble fresh mint toothpaste, and brush your teeth gently. Brush two times per day and after every meal, or as coordinated by a dental specialist or doctor. Store in a dry place between uses. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months of after you have been ill.

First time trying Humble toothbrush, Love It! Gentle yet got my teeth and gums super clean. I feel good about a no plastic purchase.
I like that the bristles are soft and the brush is small in size. The first two toothbrushes I used had many of the bristles fall out while brushing but since then I haven't had a problem.
I have tried several brands of bamboo toothbrushes and prefer these above the others. They last long and I love that with the family pack you get a variety of colors. Humble makes great quality affordable products.
