I usually love your chewable toothpaste pellets. I ordered by mail for the first time and when they arrived, I opened the package and my tooth paste tablets were soft and weirdly chewy. I had been getting them at the store before this online order and they have always been dry and hard.
The softness makes it much harder to break up and brush with. Not sure if I should contact customer service or not.
