Step 1: Prepare the Kit

Ensure that your SmileBright Kit is complete and all components are in place, including the whitening gel, LED whitening light, and instructions.

Step 2: Pre-Whitening Dental Care

Before starting the whitening process, it's a good idea to brush your teeth. This helps to remove any surface debris and prepares your teeth for the whitening treatment.

Step 3: Apply the Whitening Gel

Squeeze a small amount of the SmileBright Whitening Gel onto the included applicator or a clean finger. Be cautious not to use too much, as a little goes a long way.

Step 4: Spread the Gel

Gently apply the whitening gel onto the front surface of your teeth. Make sure to avoid your gums and lips. The gel should cover the visible parts of your teeth that you want to whiten.

Step 5: Activate the LED Whitening Light

Turn on the LED whitening light included in the kit. It's designed to accelerate the whitening process.

Step 6: Whiten Your Teeth

Hold the LED whitening light close to your mouth and allow it to shine directly on your teeth. Keep the light in place for the recommended time specified in the instructions. Typically, this may be around 10-15 minutes.
